We’re Drew and Maddy, a husband and wife team who photograph weddings in a way that feels relaxed, natural and full of life. You get the real moments, the big emotions, and the chaos your friends created on the dancefloor, captured without you feeling like you’re stuck in a photo shoot.

Our photography style

Our style is romantic, documentary, natural and intimate. We’re there to tell the story as it unfolds, not manufacture it.

Expect movement, emotion, connection and a bit of that cinematic mood when the light hits just right. We’re always watching for the in-between moments, the ones you didn’t even realise were happening until you see them later.

How booking works

To lock in your date, you’ll need two things:

A signed wedding agreement
A $750 booking deposit

We book on a first-come, first-served basis. If another couple enquires for the same date, the first couple to sign and pay the deposit secures it.

Can we hold our date?

We don’t do holds, because it gets messy fast. Dates stay available until your wedding agreement is signed and your deposit is paid, then you’re officially booked in and we’re all in with you.

Payments

Your booking is split into easy instalments:

$750 first instalment fee to secure the date
$750 second instalment fee due three months after signing
Remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding

Meeting us before the wedding

Yep. We actually prefer it.

We can jump on a Zoom call, chat through the vibe, answer questions, and make sure you feel completely comfortable with us before the big day. You’re inviting us into one of the most important days of your life, so being strangers is a hard no.

Helping you feel relaxed in photos

If you feel awkward in front of the camera, you’re in very good company.

We’ll guide you through portraits with simple prompts and calm direction, so you never feel stiff or staged. Most couples finish the portrait part saying some version of, “That was way easier than I thought.”

That’s the whole goal.

How we help with timelines

We’re big on a timeline that breathes. We’ll help you plan photography coverage so you’re not sprinting between moments all day.

If you want to know what package suits your day, tell us your ceremony time, location and rough plan, and we’ll recommend the best fit.

Turnaround time and when you receive your photos

You’ll receive your full wedding gallery no later than five weeks after your wedding.

We take editing seriously. We’d rather deliver something beautiful and consistent than rush it out quickly and regret it forever.

You’ll receive your images in a private online gallery in high resolution, ready to download, share with family and friends, and keep forever. Your gallery makes it easy to:

What gear we use and backups

We shoot with professional Canon bodies and prime lenses, and we bring backups for the backups.

We’re prepared for low light, wild weather, unexpected timelines, and that one groomsman who thinks he’s the MC and a comedian.

What happens if it rains

We pivot. Calmly. Like we’ve done it a hundred times, because we have.

Rain can be insanely romantic on camera. We’ll work with whatever the day gives us and find the best spots, the best light, and the best plan. If needed, we’ll adjust the timeline slightly to keep things smooth.

Family photo lists

Yes please. A family list makes everything run faster and keeps everyone happier.

We’ll help you keep it tight and realistic, and we’ll wrangle people in a way that feels organised without being bossy. You get the photos you need, then you get back to your guests.

Do you use flash

We love natural light, but we’re always prepared to use flash when it’s needed, especially for dancefloors.

Low light does not scare us. We come armed.

Travel

We photograph weddings across South Australia, Victoria & NSW and we’re always up for an adventure.

If your wedding is outside our local area, we’ll let you know exactly what travel looks like, clearly and upfront. No mystery fees, no weird surprises.
